Three forms: monthly retainer, project (fixed deliverable), spot (hourly). If a retainer feels too heavy, you can start from a 30-min free consult.
Retainers run from a 3-month minimum with 1-month notice. We don't lock you in long — only as long as the value lands.
Yes. We can work entirely with the Japan side, entirely with the Korean HQ, or interpret/translate between both. The founder is native in both languages with 20 years of in-Japan field instinct, so we cover "context translation," not just words.
Will: AI strategy, workflow visualization, automation implementation, tech advisory, fractional CDO, AI-embedded development, KR→JP entry support, vendor proposal review.
Won't: large offshore development, 24/7 operations & maintenance, staffing (no introductions). Other firms suit those better. "Telling you honestly when we don't fit" is the foundation of trust.
